A grand league is a 100-10,000 entry fantasy cricket contest with a moderately concentrated prize pool. Typical breakdown: rank 1 takes 3-6%, ranks 2-10 share 12-18%, ranks 11-100 share 30-40%, ranks 101+ split the rest. Grand leagues are the middle ground between mega contests and head-to-head.

Why grand leagues are the sweet spot

The 2-team ladder runs 2 different XIs in the same grand league. Captain pick 1: mid-tier captain A (15% ownership). Captain pick 2: mid-tier captain B (20% ownership, different role). The ladder covers 2 scenarios — both teams have a chance at top 10%.
